Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following booking policies before scheduling your appointment.
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your service and reserves your appointment time. Deposits are non-refundable.
For the comfort and safety of all clients, additional guests or children are not permitted during appointments.
Please discontinue the use of retinol, tretinoin, benzoyl peroxide, and other strong exfoliating or acne products at least 5–7 days prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your service being modified or declined in order to protect the skin. NOTE: If currently using or have used accutane in the past 6-12 months, service cannot be preformed.
If you are running late, please send a courtesy message. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled in order to respect the time of other scheduled appointments.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows enough time to offer the appointment to another client.
Appointments may be rescheduled once using the same deposit if the change is made outside of the 48-hour cancellation window. If an appointment is canceled entirely, the deposit will be forfeited.
Same-day cancellations will incur a fee of 35% of the service cost.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 50% of the service price.
Clients who no-show may not be permitted to book future appointments unless the service is prepaid in full.
